The SEC urged the judge to dismiss the NAC Foundation’s claims the case has no merits, arguing that they sold securities without the registering with the regulator.
Jack Abramoff is charged with conspiracy to commit wire fraud as well as violating the Lobbying Disclosure Act.
The SEC is pressing charges including money laundering, wire fraud, and aiding and abetting in an unregistered digital securities sale.
