CFTC to restructure LabCFTC to be more proactive in digital assets regulation efforts
CFTC Chairman Rostin Behnam announced that the CFTC will restructure its LabCFTC unit to "take on a new identity as the Office of Technology Innovation (OTI) with an updated operating model."
