CoinGeek Conference: Check out other BSV events and meetups in London

Several events and meetups are happening outside of the CoinGeek London conference taking place on February 20 and 21 in London! Here are all of the meetups (that we know about) taking place leading up to and after the conference.

Crypto Curry Club: Blockchain in China

Attendees of the February 18 installment of the Crypto Curry Club were treated to presentations about blockchain in China, with Bitcoin Association China Manager Lise Li among the presenters. The Crypto Curry Club hosts networking and educational events tackling crypto and blockchain, as well as “AI tech for sustainability and future of money.” It organizes events in London, Bristol, Oxford and Cambridge.

RelayX London Basketball Game

On February 19 at 3 p.m. at the Finsbury Leisure Centre, RelayX will be hosting a basketball game! This will be a great event for anyone who loves basketball and is looking to get some exercise before the conference kicks off on February 20. RelayX has reserved the indoor courts at Finsbury Leisure Centre so that BSV’s basketball lovers can get together and have some fun outside of the office—don’t forget your basketball shoes and shorts!

You can RSVP for the RelayX basketball game here.

Pre-Ignition International Bitcoin Meetup

On February 19 at 7 p.m. at the Four Seasons Hotel London, the Bitcoin Association will be hosting a networking event. This meetup takes place the evening before Day 1 of the conference and will be a great opportunity to meet old and new friends as well as learn of the projects they are working on, the business they are building, and what attracts them to BSV. It’s always nice when you can walk into an event with a few friends or acquaintances, and when you attend the pre-ignition meet up, you are bound to see some familiar faces the next day at the conference.

You can RSVP for the pre-ignition International Bitcoin meetup here.

*But be aware, this event is already at capacity! When you RSVP, you will be added to the waitlist, but if things work in your favor and a few people can’t make it, the waitlist still gives you a chance to attend!*

Bitstocks Drinks Reception

Bitstocks will be hosting a drinks reception On February 22 from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at an undisclosed location. To find out where this event is taking place, head over to the designated meet up page for the event or the web page Bitstocks has made for more information. The Bitstocks drink reception will be the perfect place to relax, network, and reflect on the CoinGeek conference.

You can RSVP for the Bitstocks drink reception event here.

Post-Ignition Cooling: International BitCoin Meetup

And lastly, on Sunday, February 23 at All Bar One Tower of London, Baemail will be hosting a brunch. At the Post-Ignition Cooling, you can grab some food, network with others, and make plans with those who will be staying in London for a few more days. We highly recommend attending this meetup, as it is most likely the last event happening around the conference before a bulk of the attendees head back to their home towns, cities, countries, and continents.

You can RSVP for the Post-Ignition Cooling: International BitCoin Meetup here.

See you soon!

You should make it to as many of these meetups as you can! These get togethers will allow you to meet others in the BSV community, connect with Bitcoin businesses and individuals interested in creating or working on Bitcoin projects, and, most importantly, will provide you with activities and places to relax outside of the official conference.

If there are any meetups that we forgot to put on this list, please reach out to us ASAP so we can get the event or meet up added to this article.

We encourage you to join the Official CoinGeek London Telegram chat to connect with individuals attending the conference before it begins and to learn more about what is happening outside of the event as it goes on.

And if you haven’t bought your tickets for the CoinGeek London conference taking place on February 20 and 21, there is still time to buy your tickets. We hope we see you there!
