In his presentation at the BSV Global Blockchain Convention, Mohamed Jega spoke in detail about how blockchain can solve many of Africa’s challenges and why it’s vital for these solutions to be built by Africans who best understand the challenges. Through the upcoming Blockchain Developers Summit in Nigeria, Jega is looking to bring together bright minds to chart a way forward for the continent.
The summit will be held on July 21-22 in Nigeria’s capital, Abuja. Organized by Domineum Blockchain Solutions and sponsored by the BSV Blockchain Association, the event will bring together entrepreneurs, government officials, students, startup founders, and blockchain enthusiasts to discuss solutions that can help tackle challenges facing Nigeria and the broader African region.
Join us in our mission to #educate #developers and #startups worldwide on #blockchain. In collaboration with @domineum and @Baze_University, the #BSV team's next stop will be at #BlockchainDevelopers Summit in #Nigeria on July 21 – 22.

The summit promises a series of expert keynote presentations, interactive panel discussions, and pitching sessions. Attendees will also get to network with other blockchain enthusiasts from across the continent.
Some of the brightest minds in blockchain and digital currencies will take to the stage, led by Centbee CEO and co-founder Lorien Gamaroff. He will be joined on stage by Bartolome Olivares, the co-founder of Gate2Chain, a blockchain integrator company; Michał Scisłowski, the CEO of Soundoshi, a music streaming service that was in the first cohort of the Satoshi Block Dojo; and Dr. Maximilian Korkmaz, the managing director of Stabilwerk Bau.
Dr. Catherine Lephoto, the executive sales director for VX Technologies, will also be among the speakers.
