CoinGeek London is approaching fast. On February 20 and 21, the conference will take place at the Old Billingsgate venue in London. If you are new to CoinGeek conferences, you might be wondering what the CoinGeek London event has in store for you.

Bitcoin SV: Genesis is here, Teranode is next
On day one of the conference, Daniel Connolly, the lead developer of the Bitcoin SV Node project, will be giving a presentation on the Genesis Protocol upgrade as well as the future plans for the Bitcoin SV network. Connolly’s presentation begins shortly after the conference kicks off, and will be packed with information regarding the present and possible future(s) of the BSV network.
Thomas Lee’s keynote speech
Tom Lee, the co-founder and head of research at Fundstrat, will be giving the keynote presentation on day one of CoinGeek London. Tom has made several appearances on CNBC’s Fast Money to share his wisdom about the cryptocurrency market. We look forward to Tom’s presentation, and we are very excited to have him in our line-up.
A tokenized financial system on BSV
James Belding, the co-founder & CEO of Tokenized, will also be presenting on day one. Many people look forward to the launch of Tokenized, a BSV-based platform that will enable users to create, manage, and trade security or utility tokens using smart contracts built on BSV. That being said, you will not want to miss Belding’s talk, because if you do, you might miss out on crucial information regarding the public launch of the platform.
Satoshi Vision: A correct understanding of Bitcoin
And finally, the last presentation on day one will be given by Dr. Craig S. Wright. Dr. Wright will be giving a presentation titled “Satoshi Vision: A Correct Understanding of Bitcoin.” You can expect an in-depth look at Bitcoin’s original path, how it was intended to be used, how BTC became corrupt as time passed, and how BSV is actually Bitcoin.
Central bank digital currencies and blockchain: The view from the Swiss National Bank
On day two (February 21) of the conference, Thomas Moser, an Alternate Member of the Governing Board of the Swiss National Bank, will be giving a presentation on Central Bank Digital Currencies. At the moment, at least 18 countries have launched, or are currently in the pilot phase of a central bank digital currency initiatives. With so much interest around this topic, it will be great to hear Moser’s insight.
Fixing Ponzi money and porous Internet with Satoshi’s blockchain
Famed economist, writer, investor, and technology visionary George Gilder will be giving the Keynote Speech on day two of the CoinGeek London Conference. Considering the title of Gilder’s talk, it sounds like he will be exploring some of the flaws with existing cryptocurrencies, especially those used to launder money and facilitate crime.
The future of social networks on Bitcoin
Josh Petty, the CEO, and co-founder of Twetch, will also be presenting on day two of the conference. Twetch is arguably the most popular consumer-facing application built on BSV. It has a similar feel to Twitter, however, Twetch allows it’s users to earn revenue from the content that they create. You will want to be present for Petty’s talk on The Future of Social Networks on Bitcoin, whether that means you are there in person or tuning into the live stream of the conference.
Fireside Chat: A future world powered by Bitcoin
And finally, the last presentation of the conference will be a fireside chat between Dr. Craig S. Wright, Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales and George Gilder. The trio will be talking about a world where BitCoin is an essential piece of the economy’s infrastructure. As the last presentation of the event, attending is a must, or at the very least, tuning in from home.
