MIAMI, FL – June 2021 – Omniscape™, the BSV Blockchain-based platform that monetizes Virtual and Augmented Reality content, will launch its biggest user-facing action to date, with a 2-day campaign to happen in Miami, specifically in the Wynwood area, on June 4-5. The city will receive, at those very same dates, this year’s BTC Conference. The conference is being held in Miami which is currently the epicenter of blockchain technology and has been making international headlines as the future “tech hub” of the United States.

In this innovative campaign, the company will showcase the power and reach of its technology using real-world scenarios, making it possible for consumers to download the service and participate in the claiming of some interesting rewards, which include goods like free tacos from Coyo Taco and pizza from Gramps’ Tropical Pizza. Wynwood revelers can enjoy the IRL experience this week for a limited time by downloading the Omniscape™ app.

Omniscape™ seamlessly blends Augmented (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR), linking experiences and 3D spaces to real-world locations. The platform and tools enable brands, businesses, and influencer content creators to easily create, share, and monetize by way of immersive content, experiential marketing, branded 3D NFTs, virtual commerce.

Robert Rice is the CEO and founder of Transmira, and is a recognized pioneer and leader in AR, VR, and interactive media who CoinGeek.com dubbed “the man shaking up industries by converging AR and VR with blockchain tech.” Rice also happened to coin the term XR, the umbrella term for mixing the two mixed reality technologies.

In a nutshell, Omniscape™ is the XR Metaverse, seamlessly blending AR and VR together with the real world. Regarding Omniscape™, he detailed his overall view over what the company brings to the market:

“We basically blend augmented reality and virtual reality together, with a focus on location to basically help businesses and brands connect with each other and provide really cool, amazing experiences for consumers that they can obviously have fun with, but they are also monetized. So, the idea is to basically help, again, businesses and brands drive traffic to stores and give consumers fun and interesting experiences.”

Omniscape™ can be thought of as an improved version of Pokémon GO, the incredibly famous AR game based on the Japanese cartoon. However, instead of being used to find fictional creatures, this platform uses the actual real word and transforms it into a marketing tool that then companies can use to implement all kinds of marketing strategies.

Users can buy virtual real estate inside Omniscape™, which they can own for up to two years. In the meantime, they can monetize that real estate whenever brands want to use it for advertisement, or directly negotiate those virtual properties, like one would do in the actual real estate market. And these properties can go from popular ones, like Times Square, to even the most private, such as a college dorm – if it exists on this planet, it can have its own Virtual Reality space inside Omniscape™.

“The idea is we want to make it easy for people to make money and kind of keep it low and accessible. And you can speculate, like domain names, [users can] buy cool locations and resell them or try to anticipate where the market is going to grow, where people are, where the activity is,” according to Rice.

Brands and businesses using Omniscape™ also have access to important metrics and data that are put together by the platform, providing them with the right information and tools to finely tune their marketing strategies.
