Mozilla has included an option under “Privacy & Security” tab allowing users to automatically block “cryptominers” from running in their browser.
Firefox now has protections that block cryptocurrency mining malware, the company announced in a blog post.
Mozilla, the company behind popular web browser Firefox, is gearing up to automatically block malware scripts, including those that "silently mine cryptocurrencies" in future versions of Firefox.
