Upcoming Bitcoin SV DevCon 2020 to foster blockchain development

The Bitcoin SV DevCon 2020 is scheduled to kick off in a month’s time, bringing together developers from within the Bitcoin ecosystem and beyond. Dr. Craig Wright will grace the two-day virtual event, which will focus on building on Bitcoin, as one of the key speakers.

Organized by the Bitcoin Association, the virtual developer conference will be held on July 18-19 and will feature some of the most notable leaders in the Bitcoin space to impart their knowledge on the developers.

Bitcoin SV DevCon 2020 will give Bitcoin developers an insight into the latest developments in the industry. It will also be open to other blockchain developers who wish to gain insight into the Bitcoin platform.

The developers will get to hear from Dr. Wright during the famous fireside chat, which will be hosted by nChain CTO Steve Shadders. Dr. Wright will talk about the origins of the Bitcoin Script and the potential it represents for future blockchain endeavors.

Other notable speakers include Money Button founder and CEO Ryan X. Charles, Tokenized CEO James Belding, and Codugh co-founder Shashank Singhal. The three will be part of a panel that will discuss how developers can leverage available services to streamline their own development process.

The two-day virtual event is organized in partnership with nChain, the global leader in development of enterprise blockchain solutions, and WeAreDevelopers, a global online community platform for developers. Developers can register for free on the WeAreDevelopers website.

The developer community is integral to the growth of enterprise applications on Bitcoin, according to Bitcoin Association Founding President Jimmy Nguyen.

“The feature set of Bitcoin SV—its scalability, its stability and its security—make it the only choice for enterprises looking to develop blockchain-based technologies and solutions. Join us next month at Bitcoin SV DevCon 2020 and learn alongside the very best about how to build with the Bitcoin SV blockchain,” Nguyen told CoinGeek.
