I would like to personally invite you to our upcoming CoinGeek Bitcade on the eve of February 8 in London, a private and exclusive social designed to bring together professionals in the gaming space and a chance to explore innovative games built on the blockchain.
This is not an event meant only for the blockchain savvy! It’s a casual gathering devoid of any boring presentations or pitches, a meeting spot for curious gaming professionals to meet with ecosystem leaders, play a few games if desired, eat, drink, and be merry.
In addition to complimentary pizza and beverages served throughout the evening, some of the best blockchain-backed play-to-earn (P2E) games will be showcased with an opportunity to compete against your peers AND have a shot at winning the grand prize!
“The CoinGeek Bitcade is a great way for us to showcase what blockchain technology and nano-transactions have to offer to gaming companies,” shared Alex Moon, CoinGeek’s Head of Sales and Marketing.
“Rather than us trying to do this with webinars or seminars, we felt the best way to showcase this was by creating an immersive experience that allowed game developers and gaming operators the opportunity to play, touch and see it first hand while also competing with their friends,” he said.
“We are fortunate, that we have some really innovative partners, from Haste, FYX and Tegment, to showcase their games and how they are using blockchain technology,” Moon added.
“The blockchain and gaming industries were practically made for each other,” Adam Bishop, event sponsor and CMO of Tegment Gaming, said.
“Blockchain can offer gamers instant payment and rewards that would not be possible in traditional games,” he pointed out.
“At Tegment, we are on a mission to revolutionize the gaming industry by introducing micropayments, NFTs & Tokens, and leaderboards to AAA studio games like Fortnite, Counter-Strike and Valorant. Our innovative platform allows gamers to instantly receive payments for their skills and achievements, creating a new level of player experience in the industry,” Bishop added.
As an extra bonus, for those who are going to be attending ICE London on February 8, the Bitcade venue is an easy 19-minute door-to-door journey from the ExCeL, a straight shot on the Elizabeth Line from Custom House to Liverpool Street station and a short walk to the venue from there.
Also, for those who plan on attending the Fire & Ice party later that night, it’s a 15-minute taxi ride to the Fire & Ice venue, and the timing is perfect—the Bitcade ends at 10 p.m., and Fire & Ice entertainment begins at 10:30 p.m.
If you are interested in attending our Bitcade and learning from people like Moon and Bishop, please get in touch with me and I’ll hook you up with a complimentary invite. The event will run from 6-10 p.m. with good times guaranteed. All of us at CoinGeek sincerely hope to see you there!
For those who cannot make it, while this particular Bitcade in London is an invite-only event, CoinGeek will be opening these out to a broader audience in the future, including at the London Blockchain Conference at the end of May.
