Anti-Harassment & Accessibility Policies

Anti-Harassment

Spreedly and PAYMENTSfn strive to create and maintain an environment in which everyone is treated with dignity, decency and respect, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion.

Harassment includes, but is not limited to, offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate at any point during the event.

Participants asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and may be expelled by conference staff. If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the conference staff immediately.

Conference staff will be happy to help participants contact hotel/venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for the duration of the conference. Your attendance is valued.

All participants, including speakers, staff, sponsors, and attendees are expected to follow these guidelines at all conference venues and conference-related social events.

Accessibility

Spreedly and PAYMENTSfn are committed to providing a conference experience that is accessible to all. Our main venue at The Carolina Theatre includes handicap/wheelchair accessible seating and elevators. If you have additional concerns about accessibility please reach out to us at [email protected]. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every request, but we are open to discussions and welcome your questions and concerns.
